A Love Never Lost tells the story of Yang Kai Zhi, who is determined to study abroad for a revolutionary cause, meets Yu Tian Bai, an ardent revolutionary of the old democracy, and Qiu Hong, a follower of foresight and thought, and becomes classmates with Li Ren Jun, a descendant of the aristocracy of the late Qing Dynasty who is chosen to study abroad, and is influenced by Yang Yifan, who understands the importance of thought on the road to revolution.
